Hello and welcome! I’m Theresa. As a holistic lifestyle coach, energy healer, and yogi, I have created a unique Holistic Life Coaching method that helps people develop their mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will work to identify what you desire most and develop meaningful strategies to achieve your goals.



Holistic lifestyle coaching is a liberating path towards self-discovery. It helps establish who you are and what you want most out of life. Throughout the process, I will work closely with you as your ally, guiding you and evaluating the various areas in your life where you may be able to find more balance and satisfaction.

Each aspect of your life can impact the others. Stressful situations can develop into physical manifestations. For instance, if you have high levels of anxiety in your life from a job or relationship, this can lead to low energy, poor nutrition and overeating, or even illness. If you are feeling generally unfulfilled, this can create negative thinking patterns that could cause your emotional life to suffer.

Throughout the years, I have found that a holistic approach to life coaching is one of the best ways to create balance. It helps identify how each area of your life may be impacting the others. And more often than not, once you have recognized and overcome a challenge in one part of your life, other parts of your life subsequently begin to improve.

We will work together to create a customized action plan that will help you make positive life changes and move forward with confidence.

Anytime you eat or drink something that isn’t right for your body, it may lead to you feeling uncomfortable, sluggish, or bloated. By discovering your ideal eating habits, you can increase your energy, reduce cravings for unhealthy foods, and avoid digestive issues. And there is no need to give up the foods you love.

    Together, we will create a customized diet that will help your body heal and will support your unique physiology. I can even teach you how to more efficiently shop for nutritious groceries, either at the store or your local farmers market.

Theresa has an undergraduate degree in business management and marketing. She received her holistic training from The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, and incorporates life coaching, energy healing, and guided visualization into her coaching practice. She is passionate about sharing her personal experience and knowledge in hopes of empowering other women to transform their relationship with food, their body and their soul.
